Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if the returned package is postmarked within 7 days from the confirmed delivery date of your order. 

All items must be in unused, unworn and unwashed condition with all original tags, in their original package and free of any odors or fragrances.

Returns within 7 days of delivery date:

• We will only accept returns on orders if the return package is postmarked within 7 days from the day it was delivered.
• We will process your return and verify it is in unused, unworn condition free of odors and fragrances. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment used. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us with any questions regarding your return.
• Returns can be initiated through support@thegarmentmakers.com and/or shipped back using any carrier of your choice, to the address below.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges; all returns are for refunds only.
