DIY Personalized Iron-On Name Decals

Did you forget to include personalization during checkout, or do you have outerwear from a past order that needs personalization? This add-on item lets you get the custom vinyl name shipped directly to you to press at home.

Notice: All transfers are applied at the customer's own risk. We are not responsible for ruined garments, scorched fabrics, or misapplied vinyl due to incorrect heat, time, or pressure settings.

Application Steps

1. Prep: Pre-press fabric for 3 seconds to clear moisture. Place vinyl name graphic face-down.

2. Peel: Peel the clear transfer tape carefully off the paper backing, making sure the vinyl name sticks completely to the clear tape.

3. Press: Apply firm, even pressure using the settings below:

 Cotton / High Heat Fabrics: Press at 310°F for 12–15 seconds (Medium/Firm Pressure).

 Polyester / Heat-Sensitive Blends: Press at 270°F for 8–10 seconds (Medium Pressure). Polyester and synthetic blends burn easily at standard vinyl temperatures. Always verify your fabric’s max heat tolerance before pressing.

3. Peel & Seal: Let cool for 15 seconds, peel the carrier sheet.

Care Instructions:

 Wait 24 hours before first wash.

 Wash inside-out in cold water.

 Tumble dry low or hang dry — never iron directly on vinyl.
